We can work together to build the perfect visit - whether its an informative talk, a chocolate tempering demonstration, chocolate tasting or a hands-on chocolate making experience.

Available for all ages and abilities. Aprons and all materials are provided for the session.

To book a visit or discuss how we can tailor a session for your school or group, please email me at kerry@thecraftychocolatier.co.uk
School Visits
A typical session lasts between 60-90 minutes with a maximum of 3 sessions of in one day which can be taught as part of the curriculum or as a well deserved treat! Chocolate topics for the curriculum include the Aztecs, Ivory Coast, Fair Trade and Charlie and the chocolate factory. Session size can be up to 30 pupils.

Starting with a talk using real cocoa pods and beans, pupils learn where chocolate comes from, the process from bean to bar and the importance and science behind tempering chocolate. Next we move on to some mindful chocolate tasting using all the senses, finishing with some branding and hands-on chocolate making in the form of a chocolate pizza which they get to take home at the end of the day.

Prices start from £8.50 per child depending on class size. I can visit schools up that have up to 1hr travel time from Waterlooville, Hampshire.
"Kerry recently visited our school to run a chocolate workshop for the children. It was absolutely amazing and the children had a fabulous time. It really helped to excite them about their chocolate topic this half term. We're looking forward to having Kerry back next year!"
"Kerry recently came to our school to run chocolate workshops for our children to enhance our current geography topic. The sessions were fantastic and the children were really engaged throughout. Thank you very much for giving the children such a fantastic opportunity to learn about, taste and make chocolate!"
