Calling all chocoholics! If you fancy turning your hand to a new skill, maybe a home baker who would like more chocolate knowledge or you would like to escape and have a creative break, these chocolate workshops are for you.

Learn the science behind the chocolate and gain knowledge with tips and tricks from a professional chocolatier with over 8 years of experience.  
During these chocolate-making workshops, you will learn how to temper chocolate, be provided with training, and enjoy mindful chocolate tasting. Refreshments, aprons, and all materials for the session will be provided.

Indulge in a morning of learning and create some luxurious truffles with delicious fillings as well as artisan bars with quality toppings & textures.

Workshop details:
In these fun, knowledgeable and hands-on masterclasses you will be taught how to temper chocolate and understand its importance.   You will learn some handy tips, new skills and chocolate terminology including piping, enrobing and capping off. All materials will be supplied for the sessions.
Each budding chocolatier will proudly take home their chocolate creations beautifully presented in gift boxes or ribboned bags and a new found enthusiasm to get creative in their own kitchen!
Workshops contains traces of nuts and milk.
Need to know:

Maximum of 8 people per workshop. 

Long hair must be tied up and perfume/ aftershave kept to a minimum. 

The studio is air-conditioned, please bring a jumper or cardigan if you feel the cold. 

Workshops are held in my chocolate studio in Waterlooville, Hampshire.
