Truffles and Artisan Bar's Masterclass 1.30pm-4pm

Unleash your Inner Chocolatier! Indulge in a delightful Tuesday afternoon learning to create some luxurious truffles, filled with a delicious caramel or boozy Marc de Champagne filling using the finest Belgian chocolate. You will also mould  3 x 100g artisan bars experimenting with quality toppings and textures.  In this fun, knowledgeable, hands-on masterclass you will be taught how to temper chocolate and understand the importance of it.  You will pick up some handy tips, new skills and chocolate terminology including piping, enrobing and capping off. Everything will supplied for the session.

Each budding chocolatier will proudly take home their chocolate creations beautifully presented in gift boxes and ribboned bags and a new found enthusiasm to get creative in their own kitchen! This workshop contains traces of nuts. Not suitable for vegans.
