Calling all chocoholics! If you fancy turning your hand to a new skill, maybe a home baker who would like more chocolate knowledge or you would like to escape and have a creative break, these workshops are for you.
Learn the science behind the chocolate and gain knowledge with tips and tricks from a professional chocolatier. 
 
During these workshops, you will learn how to temper chocolate, be provided with training and enjoy mindful chocolate tasting. Refreshments, aprons and all materials for the session will be provided.

Learn how to create the ever popular sea salt caramels using the finest Belgian chocolate and IOW sea salt as well as 3 x 100g artisan bars with quality toppings of your choice. 
In this fun, knowledgeable, hands-on masterclass you will be taught how to temper chocolate and understand the importance of it. 
You will pick up some handy tips, new skills and chocolate terminology including piping, enrobing and capping off.
Everything will supplied for the session.
Each budding chocolatier will proudly take home their chocolate creations beautifully presented in gift boxes and ribboned bags and a new found enthusiasm to get creative in their own kitchen!
This workshop contains traces of nuts and milk.
Not suitable for vegans.
Learn how to create the ever popular chocolate bombs for the perfect hot beverage and artisan chocolate bars with toppings of your choice using polycarbonate moulds.
Learn how to use polycarbonate moulds to create your own glam shoe. Fill your shoe with your own hand dipped truffles and leave the session with hand-wrapped chocolate shoe in a gift box. 
NEED TO KNOW:

Maximum of 8 people per workshop. 

Long hair must be tied up and perfume/ aftershave kept to a minimum. 

The studio is air-conditioned, please bring a jumper or cardigan if you feel the cold.
